  • Co-Founder

    Sudhir Venkatesh is a sociologist, educator, and leadership advisor with over twenty years of experience developing learning environments that promote growth, adaptability, and purpose. A tenured professor at Columbia University and a New York Times bestselling author, Sudhir has created learning and development initiatives for global tech firms, professional sports organizations, and leading universities, including Meta, the NFL Players Association, Twitter, and Northeastern University. He co-founded Beyond the Game, a career transition platform for athletes, which is currently a certification program at ASU’s Thunderbird School of Business, and has assisted leaders across various sectors in unlocking their potential through programs that merge research-based insights with practical application.

    Will Rogers is a business and creative executive with a track record of building innovative media and technology ventures. He was the founder and CEO of Rooftop Media, a pioneering digital content company acquired by Amazon, and later led original content strategy at Audible. Will has advised top media firms and startups across strategy, operations, and content innovation. Today, he leads Socialness, a company that utilizes generative AI to enhance real-world human connections. With deep experience in scaling content systems and launching new business models, Will brings a strategic and creative vision to AGI Media’s learning design and community growth efforts.

  • Founding Team, Strategy & Development

    Jakob Landis is a strategist and operator with a background in business development, hospitality, and digital content creation. A graduate of Columbia University and the Institute of Culinary Education. In addition to being a former Michelin chef, Jakob has helped launch ventures across the hospitality, arts, and SaaS sectors—supporting founders in bringing new ideas to life and building operational infrastructure from the ground up. As a founding team member at AGI Media, he leads strategic development and growth initiatives, drawing on experience from Cut+Dry and his own entrepreneurial projects. Jakob brings a hands-on, systems-focused mindset to AGI’s mission.
